In an attempt to spice up the average boring FAQ page, we are formatting our FAQ page as a series of complaints and responses. Instead of the regular questions and answers we are posting the information as potential member complaints and the response of the Table for Six customer care team.
Member: I’m a little skeptical about how this dinner date thing works. I don’t want to go around paying for everyone else's dinners that I do not even know.
Table for Six: Good way to start off the list of Table for Six complaints. In short this is not an issue, since the restaurant where the dinner date is organized arranges for separate checks for each member. This way the members can sit back and enjoy the dinner without having to worry about paying for what the other members eat.
Member: What happens if the people at the dinner date are not what I’m looking for?
Table for Six: After each dinner your matchmaker will call you to find out your feedback, reviews and complaints. Table for Six will then arrange another dinner date for you with a new set of people until you find someone you like and vice versa.
Member: What if people put fake information on their profiles so they're totally different when we meet? It would then make this service in to a little more then a rip off scam.
Table for Six: You need not worry about that as Table for Six carefully reviews its members before letting them join. Each member undergoes a long interview when they first sign up. We have a pretty good idea of who our members are. Although it is impossible to know for sure, and such complaints do occasionally show up, for the most part we are accurate in our member evaluations. In addition, the dinner dates are organized in upscale restaurants, to ensure the members safety.
Member: What if there is a language barrier between me and the people I’m dining with?
Table for Six: It is the job of Table for Six to ensure that the people you are dining with are compatible with you in all ways possible. There is no chance of you finding yourself unable to communicate with anyone at the dinner date and it is hardly likely that we will ever have to deal with such Table for Six complaints.
Member: How many days in a week are the dates organized?
Table for Six: Our dinner dates are organized Tuesday through Friday.
